Prints.

I have always drawn and I forever wanted to reproduce things I saw by putting them down on paper. I liked to copy everything exactly how it was, but it took so long , I rarely finished anything.

So, it really has been 20 or so more years of practise to get me to where I am today and I will keep going, as it is a never-ending journey. My interest in architecture began as I grew up in continental Europe and first began using aspects of buildings in my designs at Leeds College of Art & Design where I studied.

My aim, by turning my own photography into illustrations and processing these through computer graphics, to add the colour and to achieve the print form has been to create a story of rural and urban environments. I capture the people and the buildings that coexist; such as shop fronts, restaurants and cafes and use the beauty of the architecture to create a collage that will challenge the eye of a visitor or even a resident to give a different perspective of everyday scenes. My wish to portray these scenes with my passion for line, form and colour is to make people remember to give a new appreciation of their surroundings. My artwork is available on this website in the form of limited edition Giclee prints.
