Making A Purchase

Once you have browsed and are happy with the item or items you wish to purchase you may add them to the shopping cart provided. Then you can proceed to the checkout and will need to provide a few details so that the order may be processed.

You will then receive a confirmation email to say I have received your order. But, only when you receive an invoice does this indicate the contract between us. Before this I will indicate acceptance of your order as there may be an instance where goods are no longer available or the price is not correct. In this case I may still contact you first to make sure you are in agreement with price and product.

I accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and most debit cards. I do not accept AMEX or Solo. If you wish to pay by cheque please e-mail me to arrange this.

Privacy Policy

Zanna Designs does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when the order is being processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of the shopping cart. You can turn off cookies within you browser. If this is the case you will not be able to place an order.

Postage and Packaging

Price for Postage and packaging is charged at normal rates set by Royal Mail. Items will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the payment and I will notify you if this process is going to take longer. Another email will be sent to you let you know the goods have been dispatched. Please allow at least ten days for delivery by Royal Mail.

Gift-wrapping can be arranged; otherwise you will receive the jewellery in a gift box. Cards or prints just come packed to protect them from the bumps they may receive whilst in the post.

If there are any other problems regarding your delivery, you will be contacted right away.

Guarantee

All the artwork, cards and mugs you see on the website are exactly what you will get. Although this is true, please allow for possible colour discrepancies due to your monitor’s display and colour capabilities. Zanna Designs reserves the right to remove any item from the website without prior notice. The prices listed on the website remain the same unless otherwise stated. Offers and discounts will be given through my mailing list and these prices will remain the same also unless you are otherwise notified.

The prints you see on the website are mounted on a cream mount board and packed in cellophane bags. Framing can be arranged on contact with an extra charge for the service. All cards are 13 x 18 cm and 13 x 13 cm (approximate) individually wrapped, envelope included.

The jewellery on the website, due to the frequent use of vintage and limited edition beads is difficult to duplicate precisely but, every effort will be made to do so and so they will be replaced with other just as beautiful gems. The designs will always remain the same. Irregularities in colour and bead shapes may occur in the use of the pearls and gem stones.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive, which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

I make every effort to make sure that each item sold is of the highest quality and that the goods reach you in perfect condition. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase I do operate a 7-day money back guarantee, other than return postage and packaging. Please notify me by e-mail (stating reason for return) within 7 days of having received the goods. The jewellery item must be unworn, unaltered and returned to me with all the original packaging. I will then issue you with either a full refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else should you wish to do so. I cannot offer a refund on any earrings due to hygiene reasons. If goods are faulty on arrival (including earrings) please contact me and I will arrange for a replacement as long as I am notified within 48 hours of receipt.
